A store would not be able to process your return because you received the wrong item. W apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. The stores can only process refunds/ exchanges for items shown in the order, in the invoice.
The customer services department contacted the store and were told that they would reserve the shirt for you. It appears that there was an unfortunate error with the product code.
These two errors are very rare. We are disappointed that in this instance we have failed to meet your expectations and indeed our own, I assure you that your experience is in no way indicative of moss.co.uk.
