Collect Plus usually takes up to 5 days to deliver a parcel. When you send two parcels on the same day, the parcels may have reach the receivers on different dates within that time period. On this occasion the other company may have received the parcel earlier than us. We received your parcel yesterday and the refund was processed the following day. We sent you an email yesterday to advise you that we have received the parcel, and an email today with the details of the refund. We always keep the customers informed. It was either caused by a system error, or emails sent from your email address are not accepted by our email system. A store would not be able to process your return because you received the wrong item. W apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. The stores can only process refunds/ exchanges for items shown in the order, in the invoice. The customer services department contacted the store and were told that they would reserve the shirt for you. It appears that there was an unfortunate error with the product code. These two errors are very rare. We are disappointed that in this instance we have failed to meet your expectations and indeed our own, I assure you that your experience is in no way indicative of moss.co.uk. Thanks for the response. I no longer have the invoice - if I print the email you sent to me confirming delivery and enclose it in the package, I assume you can still reimburse me? I read on the website that you need the package to be sent recorded delivery - I take it you will reimburse this cost as well? Regards, Richard
