We exercise a “Verification Process” in order to validate the authenticity of ticket orders by calling the cardholder to do a verification. This is also to ascertain that the cardholder is participating in the transaction and to verify the legitimacy of the ticket purchase. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verifications in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card.
