We’re sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory experience with justairticket we would like to inform you that whenever you do any advance seat assignment before your trip airline do always charge a fee whether the ticket is purchased from the airline or from the online travel agency. Majority of the airline allows the passengers to assign free seats selection 24hrs prior to the departure accordingly our agent advise the same information over the phone during the verification. But we also need our customers to understand what it means to comply with the airline rules and restrictions as an online travel agency, we cannot go beyond the Airline restrictions and we will always assist the customer's appropriately abiding by the rules and restrictions keeping in mind that every customer's concern is important. Further verifying the card holder’s name billing address and the phone is part of our verification protocol that we as an online travel agency has made mandatory for every booking made offline or online, in order to ensure that no one is misusing the card. This is also to ascertain that cardholder is participating in the transaction and to verify the legitimacy of the ticket purchase. Apart from doing bank verification, we Require to see the scan documents of government-issued photo ID. To complete the verification process and confirm the transaction and send E-Tickets. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verifications in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity for the safety of the Cardholder.
