Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We, first of all, would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in every reservation made online and offline we follow a verification process with the cardholder over the phone in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket order before charging the card. This is also to ascertain that cardholder is participating in the transaction and to verify the legitimacy of the ticket purchase. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verifications in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card. Thank you!
