We, first of all, would like to apologize for the delay in sending you the ticket and in every ticket orders, we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders by calling the cardholder to make sure its a valid transaction for the safety of the cardholder. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verifications in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card. Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. We, first of all, would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused while trying to book your airline ticket with us. We also would like to inform you that the flight that you chose on the website was a negotiated fare, which is a fare offered by the airline to the online travel agency. When a booking is made on the website after that we have to manually price the ticket. At the time of pricing, the fare got expired, as they are valid only for a specific period of time and they can get fluctuate from time to time, even within just a minute. When we priced the ticket, the negotiated fare quoted at the time of advertising/disclosing on the website, was no longer accepted by the airline. The fares and availability are not under our control as it strictly depends on the availability of the inventory in the flights. sometimes there could be a potential simultaneous change of fare and availability while confirming the reservation. We are really sorry for the bad experience.
