We, first of all, would like to apologize for the delay in sending you the ticket and in every ticket orders, we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders by calling the cardholder to make sure its a valid transaction for the safety of the cardholder. So we do verify the name, billing address and the phone no. of the customer however in your booking we were not able to verify your billing phone no. even after several attempts and our agent did inform you about the same and We do appreciate all your efforts that you have been to your branch to update the phone no. but when we called your financial institution to verify your phone no. but it was still not verified and our agent did try her best to help you to update your no. on the same call but you denied to update the same on that call. Finally, it has been all verified and your booking has been processed completely. Feel free to call us back in case you need any further assistance in the future. Thank you
