Thank you for sharing your booking experience with us and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you however we would like to inform you that we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders by calling the cardholder to make sure its a valid transaction for the safety of the cardholder. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verifications in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card. Thank you!
