We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you however we would like to inform you that we do call verification with our each and every customer who so ever make a booking with us to cross check all the details are correct before sending the e-tickets to avoid any inconvenience for the customer and to validate the authenticity of the ticket. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verifications in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card.
