The agency put us through a very long process to purchase the ticket, the morning of the international flight. This "off-shore agency" has verification process requiring photos of docs, id's, to be sent. Took aprx 2 hours!!! The flight was that afternoon. We told the rep that there is now not enough time to get to the flight. He said it would be just a few minutes more. About an hour more had passed before the eticket finally arrived, at 1:30-pm for a 5:15pm flight !!! Their rules on the ticket say to arrive at least 3 hours before the flight, or they can cancel the ticket and then consider you a "No Show". We called the agency to report that the ticket was UnUseable, according to the late arrival of the eticket, and their rules. They said that they would charge $250 if we didn't use the ticket. We asked for them to waive the fee as it was not our fault. We had purchased it online, the day before. The rep said to wait on hold and he would check. He came back to say that it was an airline fee as the reservation had been made. We called the airline who said that it is not a fee of the airline. It was an agency fee. We called the agency again, and asked for a supervisor. It very much sounds like an off-shore office, perhaps India, by the accents. We were given another agent, Tyler, who supposedly checks on complaints. He would not do anything further, nor accept the fault of the agency for their delay in processing the sale. He said to call the telephone number on the eticket. We called that number; it was answered by the same office that we just spoke to, so we asked for Tyler. This time he hung up on us. The agency charged us $250 for the use of their web service. Sending us an unUseable ticket negates their responsibility in Fair Trade practices and fiduciary relation to expediently process and deliver a time-sensitive product. We have notified the Credit card company, as well as the Attorney General's office to file a complaint.
