relatively fast and responsive
The first agent that called me was not that helpful. but the second agent was very polite and helpful. he had an Indian accent, but I forgot his name unfortunately.

Useless sales calls required
Initial online process was pretty straight forward. I did not find the 2 phone calls and extra emails to "electronically" sign documents and listen to a sales pitch trying to sell me add-on products...
