We also would like to inform you that in most of the ticket orders we exercise a “Verification Process” along with the card holder and the bank in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders. Further verifying the card holder’s name billing address and phone is part of our verification protocol that we as an online travel agency has made mandatory for every booking made offline or online, in order to ensure that no one is misusing the card. This is also to ascertain that card holder is participating in the transaction and to verify the legitimacy of the ticket purchase. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verification in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card.We are really sorry for not meeting your expectations and hope you give us another chance to make it up to you thank you!
