JSP are very quick to respond with order confirmations. I have only ever had one delivery issue, however this was resolved promptly. Everyone there is friendly and easy to talk to.

Branded Helmets delivery lead times.

I am a little disappointed with what they state on branded helmets. JSP say that all branded helmets are produced in 5 days, we have never received this yet.

Thank you for your comments and my apologies for any delays you have experienced . We aim to despatch branded helmets within 5 working days if they are from our core helmet range which do not have additional features, but our carriers do not guarantee next day service and some delays may be due to them. For helmets which have additional features and requires longer production time despatch dates are advised at the time of placing the order.
