Sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order and were not happy with the product. We have sold hundreds of these including to a major housing association. Existing mould growth should ideally be removed first and the Safe-T-Air will inhibit further growth. It cannot be expected to remove existing Mould growth in a matter of days. We have altered our website to reflect this advice based on this feedback. Homecare Essentials
