We have looked into this and it appears that the postcode was missing from the address. As the address label is generated from the system automatically the item went out without a complete address. This will be the reason for the delay. We have resolved by sending the customer a replacement via 1st Class Recorded Delivery Homecare Essentials

Standard delivery is stated as 2-4 working days. Items ordered on 16th, despatched on 18th. Delivery was attempted on 19th - premises were closed. Goods delivered on 20th (4 working days). We feel our case size prices are very competitive for all our customers although a discount for regular customers is a good suggestion and we will take this on board. Homecare Essentials
