Thanks for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you ended up in a space that was bigger than what you needed. That is unusual as we do pride ourselves on providing the right size for the right situation. As you mentioned though there may have been some mis communication along the way somewhere. In regards to lights in storage units we generally do not like to do this because of the risk of fire. Some people pack there storage units to the ceiling and there is the risk of smashed light fittings. We do fit lights for commercial customers in the right conditions. We also have free torches at Reception for Customers to borrow. If you choose to store with us again we can always come around to your place and quote you for your exact storage needs so you do not end up paying for more space than you need.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave comments. Sorry the hours of operation did not suit you at our Galston Facility. We do however have a 24 hour access facility at Castle Hill if that helps at any stage in the future.
