Received the product I had purchased within 10 minutes of ‘their predicted’ delivery time, albeit a few days late. Received a call from “go places” the day after posting my feed-back and was grateful that this was acted on promptly. I am delighted with the samsonite item, always worth paying for quality.

I have no complaints about the product I ordered or the delivery service provided. In fact I would recommend 5 stars however I’m still awaiting my refund payment for the price matched difference...

Hi there. We are really sorry to read your review which reflects badly on us as a business. Your refund was actually processed by us straightaway on 16th August when we agreed the price match. Please can we suggest you contact your credit provider as the money has gone from our account and it is more than 10 days which most providers say to allow for the transaction to be processed.
