Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. Regarding the estimate - please get in touch with us and provide more details so we can understand what happened. We have a policy of honouring all estimates even if it means we make a loss on it - we would rather do that than risk an unhappy customer so it's not clear how this has happened.
