Sorry for the confusion on this, after further investigation I believe the root cause of this is a Google Shopping advertisment displaying the standard fan alongside the fan with a timer. I have now paused our ad to stop this happening in the future. Do let us know when you want the fan swopped over Simon. Kind Regards, Allan

I am sorry that the storage heater feet so long to arrive. Both ourselves and the manufacturer Dimplex were out of stock. We do endeavor to deliver all of our orders within 5 days. On some occasions due to exceptional demand or supply chain problems we are unable to meet this time frame. We usually notify customers via email on these occasional.
