Discount Cycles Direct is the online bicycle shop of Broadribb Cycles, established in 1919. We have two high street stores in Banbury and Bicester (Oxfordshire).
We sell cycle spares, accessories, clothing and bicycles. Most of our products are discounted and many are at even better clearance prices, giving you the best possible value for money.
We have been contacted, over the phone, by the person who the bike was ordered for, on the day that this arrived at your chosen Click and Collect store – Leamington Spa.In this telephone call, we have informed that the bike has arrived at the store and we have acknowledge that the we have seen the comments on the order with the request of full build and accessories to be fitted. We have informed that the details will be passed to the store and they will call to confirm the compatibility, the stock available and the prices for the requested accessories. The following telephone call was made by the store to inform you of all the details and mutually agreed on the collection day, for Friday 11th August. The bike has been collected one day later, on Saturday, 12th August. Apologies if the store may have missed to mentioned the after service that is available on all our bikes that are collected built through our Click and Collect option. Bikes collected fully assembled from our stores include: - Assembly by our experienced mechanics - 6 week safety checkover - 20% off any future labour charges, including servicing - Free safety checks for 5 years between January and March.
Please note that your initial order has been submitted without a payment registered. The second order has been submitted soon after, with a successful payment. We have automatically cancelled the initial unpaid order, as it was clearly an unsuccessful duplicated order. We have checked all our email addresses and we haven’t found any email correspondence from yourself.
