Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Contiki Manager and tour guides were amazing. Some accommodations were not too good though. Camping site in Swiss Alps did not even have soap in male bathrooms.

Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you feel like you did not have the best experience possible on your recent Contiki. We do offer different travel styles depending how you like to travel but we are working on making it clearer for future travelers and particularly for Central America.

With regards to the tour blocks, we do try to make people aware that some trips are modular - like yours - and also that Travel agents consult our customers about this to make sure they get the most out of their experience.
