The available engraving space on our paw charms is limited due to their size, which restricts the number of characters that can be added. As a result, the website will only allow the maximum number of characters that can be engraved on each paw charm. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find that the engraving was smaller than expected, particularly as the bracelet was received as a birthday gift.
