With reference our recent phonecall, I am glad I had the opportunity to speak to you direct to resolve these issues for you. As the oven is sent directly from the supplier these type of items generally take slighty longer to arrive. We do suggest that you return any items that aren't suitable/faulty/not as advertised for inspection and we would be happy to offer a replcaemnet or refund.
