I am glad that the bra that you ordered is satisfactory and I have passed on you comments re: stud fastening bras to our buyers. I am very sorry that the substitute cardigan was not suitable for you. I have checked and the item you originally wanted is completely sold out. Sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase. However our records show that you placed your order on 04.09.13 and tracking on that parcel does state it was delivered on the 06.09.13 at 11:26.
