I rang your office on 2 occasions, on the first occasion the call taker 'Sarah' was totally useless and informed me that it was too late to change my booking, she didn't even bother calling the hotel...

Great prices!! Check the date they book!!
The price I paid for the break was very cheap, was very happy. But when I booked the lady who I spoke to booked it for the week before this was her mistake not mine. They wanted me to pay again...
