Our couriers have much improved their communications with regards to the tracking of their deliveries and we have had lots of positive feedback from our customers about this service. When you receive the notification of the estimated time of delivery, they also give you all the details you need to be able to track your order. It can even tell you how many drops they have before your delivery.

Our cakes are produced by Artisan Bakers and we pride ourselves in using only the highest quality ingredients, including real butter for the buttercream and Belgian chocolate for our chocolate chip cake. Each recipe has been created just for us to produce a cake that tastes home-made.
Each cake is individually finished by hand by our quality driven team within production and we have also taken our time to find and provide the best packaging we can to ensure each cake reaches you in perfect condition. The letterbox cake is sent out in a keepsake tin which protects it during transit but also gives the recipient something to keep after the cake has gone. Also, we make our cakes on the day we dispatch them and they last for 2 weeks if stored in a cool, dry place.

I really enjoy having so much choice of decoration and colours- and it is so convenient to the receiver that the small cake fits through the letter box - so they need not be disturbed-a great idea.

The bakerdays website makes it simple to create your own special design of cake. Choose a size and flavour, then add your special message! If you order before 2pm, we can deliver your cake the next working day, virtually anywhere in the UK. All of our letterbox cakes come complete with candles and balloons and our large cakes come with a cake slicer.
We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.
