Hi Mike, apologies, we have checked Parcelforce tracking and can see they attempted delivery on the 6th/7th March but no one was available to accept delivery, a slip was therefore left for you to collect from the depot. In regards the item not fitting please note the size 38 is chest measurement not waist, if you wish to return please contact customer service and we can arrange this for you, thank you
