I’m really sorry that you didn’t enjoy your experience in our Guildford store. The summer/autumn part of 2011 saw a massive refit of the Guildford store, and during this time we were a little chaotic! I’m pleased to say that the refit is now complete & the store is much easier to navigate now. Our stock room is also larger & more organised than before, meaning we should see a substantial reduction in the sort of problems you have reported. but you have had more than a fair share of problems. We are already looking at improvements to the software that we use for picking orders at our warehouse & have also recently employed an extra customer services person, who is solely responsible for sorting out customers problems when they arrive.
