Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Regarding delivery, we do offer a 48 hour and next day delivery service provided that the item is in stock.

Value. With excellent support.

Good value for money. Sometimes they miss delivery instructions. Could do with maybe combining orders for one big delivery. Sometimes we get a delivery 2 days running.customer service team are super...
