We were extremely sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay and have passed on your feedback to the owner. Any cleanliness issues have now been addressed and more plates have been provided and as explained in the welcome notes in the cottage, it takes time for the hot water in the showers to adjust so patience is key with them. Thanks for your comments. Instructions for the bath taps are provided in the guest welcome laminate in the cottage and there have been no other reports of difficulties with the baths. The furnishings are high quality brands and the string for the blind simply needed to be re-sited into the guide clips.
