Good morning, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed the order from the order details and can see you ordered online x3 blinds in inches. The order acknowledgment was sent to your email address and we never received any notification that you had selected the incorrect metric for 2 of the 3 blinds. We appreciate this is disappointing however we cannot accept liability for customers errors as our blinds are made to measure. We can offer a discount to reorder correctly as previously advised.
