Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have reviewed your order from the details provided. We can see that images were submitted of the venetian blinds which showed some slight scuffs/scratches on the powder coated aluminium headrail for which you requested a partial refund. Unfortunately, we would not refund for this reason as the headrails are powder coated aluminium and are susceptible to scuffs/scratches during packing, transit, unpacking and fitting, a pelmet is supplied with the blind that attaches to the headrail which conceals the headrail. This does not affect the functionality of the blind or the aesthetic of the blind once full assembled. We apologise for any disappointment however the blind is within spec.
