We have passed the content of your review to the relevant departments for future quality and training purposes as we strive to maintain a positive customer experience for each and every customer. We are disappointed this has not been the case for you. We have reviewed the order details and can see that the blind arrived with plastic controls rather than the specified chrome. Gemma ordered the replacement component control which did not arrive, this was chased again a few days a few days later and promptly reissued. We did decline a refund as the part was scheduled for delivery and is in line with trading standards guidelines on bespoke products. We apologise for the inconvenience and upset caused. Hi Jonathan. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed the information form the order number detailed. You ordered 168cm recess, the blind measurement shown on the images is 170cm which is 2 cm bigger than the recess width ordered. However as you ordered twist fit this is correct the component will be tensioned into the recess and twist to secure, this is why the pelmet protrudes bigger than the width ordered but when pushed to recess will reduce to required size. Hi Jonathan, As requested if you can send an image of the recess measurement we can review further, unfortunately as it stands it is physically impossible for a 170cm blind to be too small for a 168cm recess, if anything it would be too big. It sounds like the recess is more than 168cm, therefore we have asked for images of the measurement to allow us to assist you further. However as this is twist fit the blind is correct at present based on the information you supplied as once tensioned to the windows the width of the components will reduce to allow secure fitting. Good afternoon Robert, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed the order and can see you selected Face fix brackets with your order, these should have been supplied. We do not see any issue was reported to allow us to issue the correct brackets. In regard to the screws. We no longer send out any screws or fixings with our orders. The reason for this is because we do not know what material/surface you would be fixing the blind onto, so therefore cannot guarantee that the correct screws and fixings would have been supplied and there would then be a risk of the blind coming loose or falling down.
