Dear Martine, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially when you’re trying to complete your home. One of the three blinds in your order was unfortunately out of stock at the time of processing, which caused the delay. Regarding measure insurance, after reviewing the order, it was not added or charged at checkout, which is why it does not appear on the invoice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for any lack of clear communication along the way.
