The unit does not have a top and therefore has no structural strength. Worst flat-pack build I have ever seen or put together, can’t see how this item could reasonably support a vivarium.

Recieved it broken and swell reptiles have failed to return any of my contact attempts to replace or refund the item

Once again I am happy with this product as it is what I prefer to feed my terrapin. Unfortunately I can rarely find the larger sizes in local pet stores. I keep being told they are awaiting delivery...

They're service was fine, although there were issues with things being out of stock the women that are running the place where more than helpful and processed a refund asap.

It’s a great sized viv, comes in a nice colour with a good bit of storage space underneath, easy to assemble once delivered as long as you have an extra person to help with heavy lifting
