Complete lack of communication, all live food arrived dead and they say it’s not there fault as I wasn’t in to collect even though they hadn’t told me when it was despatched let alone arriving

Delivery is a joke nothing wrong with the site but you can’t charge next day delivery and it arrives a week later

Amazing service always comes a day earlier than the expected delivery and always comes fully frozen as I get rats and mice for my 5 snakes really good quality mice and rats everything I have got them...
Delivery was quick, but part of the order was missing, however I emailed them and told them and they sent out missing quail immediately and I received them on dry ice .
