I've had a problem with my order. Food came broken, phoned customer service about it, was told that refund would be done promptly and a week later I still don't have my money back.
Kept informed from order stage to delivery. Glad to see that Parcel Force was used - as always the driver was courteous & friendly (unlike my experience of some other courier services)
