Thank you for your feedback. As you are based overseas we wanted to ensure the ring was perfect before we sent the parcel. So we sent over high-resolution images of the finished ring to ensure you were happy and gave the option of any amendments if required. To which it was agreed the ring represented the CAD image approved. We welcome any comments, and of course, will always help in any way we can to make adjustments if the design isn't as expected. Our finished designs are quality controlled by numerous members of our team before being carefully packaged and shipped. We welcome clients to get in touch straight away if there is an issue with anything on receiving the parcel. If we can help with anything else at all please let our team know.
