It was most disappointing to note your comments on the service received as we hold each property to the same high standards that you are familiar with from your previous experience with us. At Sandals, we are committed to providing the highest standards of quality and service at all times and we apologize if our dedication was not more apparent during your stay. The staff at the Grande Antigua have been the highlight of many reviews, which leaves us quite saddened that your experience was not indicative of the norm.

I shared your comments with the resort executive management team for their attention and I am pleased to note that they are already in contact with you with regards to your stay.  Despite your disappointment, we sincerely hope that this has not deterred you from staying with us in the future as we value all of our guests and would love to welcome  you back to one of our beautiful resorts in the future.
