I do apologise that the décor and furnishings in your reserved accommodations were not as you had anticipated. Please be assured, we would never intentionally place a guest in a room that was not suitable. All of our Sandals and Beaches Resorts offer various international restaurants in hopes of satisfying a global palate. We want our visitors to enjoy a splendid culinary journey with flavors that they will remember forever and we were disappointed to read that we were not successful in this endeavor and regret your meals were not to your liking.
