Stormdry water repellent cream is for protection against penetrating damp. The wall waterproofer was developed and launched by Safeguard Europe in 2009 with the aim of creating a highly effective, breathable, colourless brick sealer cream. Stormdry is effective on a range of substrates: brick, stone, mortar, cement, concrete, sandstone, granite. In 2015 Stormdry became the only masonry protection cream to be BBA certified (certificate number: 15/5198). BBA testing showed that the product will remain effective as a water repellent for a period of 25 years. Stormdry offers 25 year wall waterproofing in a single coat (many brick sealers require two coats). Once applied with brush, roller or spray it penetrates deeply into the walls before curing to form a breathable water repellent barrier. Because Stormdry is a pore-lining water proofer rather than pore-blocking, it doesn't compromise the breathability of walls like other similar products. Stormdry has also been formulated to be colourless once cured, meaning that your walls will return to their natural appearance. Stormdry maximises thermal resistance by keeping walls dry.
