This customer did not pay the VAT (because when he ordered, he entered his address as Birmingham, Yemen instead of Birmingham, England). He ignored repeated requests to pay , then said he had paid when he clearly had not. Two tips: Birmingham is not in the Yemen; we cannot send goods until they are paid for.
