I must adjust my review, Pool and Spa Warehouse did promptly resolve my issue. The pool cleaner was not suitable for my pool and Pool and Spa Warehouse facilitated a speedy return, crediting my account and advising on a more suitable model. All was completed within 10 days. They made what could have been a stressful and lengthy process straightforward and I certainly appreciate the customer service in this day and age.
