Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that the order was placed on 29/09/2026 on a next day service however as the order was placed after the 2pm cut off, the order was not dispatched until 30/09/2026 which was within timeframe. The order was delayed by one day with the courier and delivered on 02/10/2026. I can see that you have called and have spoken to our customer service team regarding this and they have issued a refund for the delivery charge. We apologise for the delay. Kind regards Carrie-Ann
