Unfortunately we do not have any control over this charge as this is at the hotels discretion. Thank you for taking the time to supply your feedback. I'm sorry that you were left disappointed with the lack of the Silver Service coach on this occasion, which was due to operational reasons. Although there was no lounge area, the rest of the coach was of a higher specification than your original coach, but I'm sorry for any disappointment that you were caused. As we had been notified that the replacement coach didn't have a card machine on board, you were contacted prior to departure that any payment for optional excursions would need to be in Euros. I'm therefore truly sorry for any inconvenience that you were caused prior to your departure to purchase more Euros. I hope that you will give us the opportunity to rebuild some of the faith that you may have lost in our company and that you will decide to join us again in the near future. Kind regards Sarah
