Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on our service. I am a little confused and disappointed by the feedback left, the knife set that you purchased from us was not offered within our Black Friday offers, hence it being the same price during Black Friday as when you made your purchase. We are very proud that we are able to often offer significant savings on many of our products throughout the year and the product you purchased was offered with a saving and currently still does have that same saving. The negative feed back and suggestion that we are entering into misleading practices is unjustified, we never professed either your product or in fact any of our products have been sold at a higher price, we show savings against the RRP. I am sorry you felt it necessary to give a feedback score of 1 because we didn't offer a larger saving during Black Friday.
