Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, I am sorry we were unable to deliver the products to you in a timely manner on this occasion. Having looked into this with our service agent you are correct that there was unfortunately a delay in the item coming into stock and I apologise that we didn't communicate with you when it had not arrived within the time frame we specified and you had to chase us. However after you chased us we did keep you up to date with the delay to the order. Sometimes things happen beyond our control and we do try our best and we did deliver the product for you, albeit later that our original specified lead times.

Our products come directly from the manufacturer and if there is no sign of damage to the outer packaging we don't as a company policy open all individual products to check. We will be more careful where this product is concerned in the future.
