Your comment regarding our lack of flexibility relates to our inability to send your knife via a courier of your choosing. As this item is a knife, it must be delivered using an Age Verified service, which we provide through DPD. Sending a single knife with an alternative courier is not commercially viable for us in terms of cost or resources. We are sorry that DPD did not meet your expectations, but we believe they are the most reliable carrier for ensuring age verification compliance.
