After your Insight Vacations tour, you will receive an email from Feefo requesting your feedback, which will be shared publicly for other travellers to read. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your trip did not meet your expectations, and we would like to address your concerns.
1. We apologise for any confusion regarding our arrival and departure transfers. Our transfers are only available to and from specific airports, as most travellers arrive by air. Unfortunately, our suppliers only provide transfers to and from airports, and we are unable to provide transfers for those not arriving by air.
2. At Insight Vacations, as part of our Treadright Policy, we care about the environment and recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle to reduce plastic waste. There will be rest stops throughout the day where you can refill your bottle with water or purchase a drink. We recommend using the app Tap - Find Water Anywhere to locate the nearest refill station.
3. While hotel standards may vary between countries, we strive to ensure that all our appointed hotels meet our high standards. Your feedback has been shared with our Quality Control team to ensure that our accommodations continue to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
4. We apologise for any confusion with the terminology used in our itineraries. Our itineraries are designed to ensure that our guests get the most out of each destination. We use specific terms when describing our sightseeing activities, and our website provides definitions for these terms. "Visit" means your coach will stop, and you'll get to explore a specific site, while "See" means your Insight coach will drive by the site for you to see.
5. We understand that an active itinerary can be tiring, and some walking will be involved to fully experience the remarkable destinations on your tour. Our tours are allocated an Activity Level to indicate how much walking will be required and how challenging the terrain may be.
6. We strive to achieve a balance of guided exploration and personal time for our travellers, and as such, offer Optional Experiences alongside our main itinerary. We apologise if you feel the cost of these experiences is expensive.
