Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Stephen Cook said about Hive:

Good product, mediocre delivery service

Correct product, delivered promptly in good condition. Would have been 5 stars if the Royal Mail postie had summoned up the effort to ring the doorbell, rather than leaving the parcel on the doorstep...

What Aaran Mooney said about Hive:

Exceptional alternative to amazon!

Hive is excellent and I highly recommend them in every way, but especially as a an alternative to big-tech compromised services like amazon, that are ripping off creators and the consumer.
