They are ultra reliable and provide an excellent service. But I do think that packaging could be simplified. Their products are expensive and it is unecessary to use so much cardboard.

We're sorry you're not a fan of our letterbox-friendly wrap packs- we had a lot of negative feedback about our tubs and have moved our whole range over to foil-sealed blister packs to ensure uncontaminated, fresh tablets right through the pack.
