Thank you for your review - We would recommend this product be taken for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks, however maximum benefits may not be obtained until at least 3 to 4 months of continuous usage.
A reasonable product but needs a lot more probiotics.

We can confirm our MultiVitality Supplements are formulated for a day to day intake however if your are looking to alleviate any particular conditions/symptoms we do provide separate casuals in higher doses.
Have just started using these, hopefully time will tell that they r doing their “job”
